Full-Time Loan Processor/Teller - Whitehall Office
Waumandee State Bank currently has an opening for a Full-Time Loan Processor/Teller at our Whitehall office. This individual is responsible for providing valued customer service to Loan Officers and customers while assisting with the lending process. Duties include organizing and maintaining loan files to proactively meet Loan Officer and customer needs. This role also includes providing exceptional customer experiences by processing customer transactions in a courteous and professional manner with accuracy and efficiency as a backup Teller. Previous bank experience is preferred, but not required.
Full-Time Human Resources Assistant - Waumandee Office
Waumandee State Bank currently has an opening for a Full-Time Human Resources Assistant at our Waumandee office. This individual is responsible for providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. This position assists with onboarding and offboarding activities, benefit administration, employee records management, payroll support, HR compliance, and other human resources functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and able to maintain strict confidentiality while working in a regulated banking environment.
